The event ROI platform for B2B marketing teams

Every event gets a verdict.

Decide which events get funded again, and win a bigger events budget next year. Eventworth shows what each event added to pipeline, against accounts that weren't there.

Three steps per event. Drop your CRM report, generate the ROI, and send the report to your CMO, CRO, CFO and sales team.

Works with the event platform, marketing automation and CRM you already run.

The problem

Events are judged by the badge count.

Registrations, attendance and a pile of scans get reported the week after. The pipeline shows up months later, credited to whoever touched the deal last. By then the next event is already booked on the same assumptions.

Half the leads wait a week in a spreadsheet before anyone calls. Nobody can say whether the accounts in the room would have bought anyway.

The CFO question is simple: what did this event add that we wouldn't have had without it?

How it works

Three steps. About five minutes per event.

1 Event manager or RevOps · 2 minutes

Drop your CRM report

Export the event's campaign or opportunity report from Salesforce or HubSpot and drop it in. Attendees are matched to accounts and opportunities.

  • Duplicates merged, gaps flagged, nothing changed in your CRM
  • Add the attendee list too if it isn't in the report
2 One click

Generate the ROI

Pipeline each event added, compared with similar target accounts that weren't there, plus pipeline per US$1 and what's left in leads nobody called.

  • Repeat, fix or stop, per event
  • Every event rolls up by format and region
3 One click · paste into email

Generate the report

A ready-to-send page for the CMO, the CRO and the sales team, for one event, a region, or every event this year.

  • The CMO gets next year's budget case
  • Sales gets the call list

No setup to start. It works from the CRM report you already pull. For the strongest proof, set aside a share of target accounts before invites go out; otherwise each event is compared with similar accounts that didn't attend, and the report says which was used.

Who sees what

One verdict, read four ways.

Event managers

Their region

Brief, drop and verdict for their own events, plus learnings from every other region before their next one.

CMO

The budget case

Pipeline added per dollar by format and region, and next year's ask, backed by every event.

Sales leaders

Their team's list

Who to call from each event, who is overdue, and which accounts came to more than one event.

Finance

Spend against result

Every event's spend next to the pipeline it added, measured against a holdout rather than attribution.

Data privacy first

Your CRM data stays in your browser.

The CRM report and attendee lists are read on your own device. Raw files are never uploaded to our servers.

Processed in your browser

CRM and attendee files are matched on your device. The raw files never leave it.

Only results are shared

Your team sees event results, verdicts and the call lists they need. Nothing else is stored.

Read-only on your CRM

Nothing is written back. Duplicates are merged for measurement only.

Consent respected

Leads without consent for sales follow-up stay out of call lists, by person and by country.

Never sold or shared

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties or used to target your accounts.

Built to SOC 2 practices

Access limited to your team, encryption in transit, and security controls that follow the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria.

Honest by design

What a verdict claims, and what it doesn't.

Claims

  • Accounts that attended created more pipeline than comparable accounts that weren't there.
  • Which comparison group was used: a random holdout set before invites (strongest), or similar accounts that didn't attend.
  • How fast sales followed up, and what was left in leads nobody worked.

Does not claim

  • That the event closed any deal on its own.
  • Results for held-out accounts that were contacted anyway; they are dropped and named.
  • A verdict before day 90. Day 14 and 30 are for fixing follow-up, not for judging the event.

Who's behind it

Built by someone who ran the events and defended the budget.

Amrutha AprameyaFounder · Singapore

I ran APAC events and demand generation for years, and every budget season I defended the program with "influenced pipeline" I knew finance didn't trust. Eventworth is the tool I wanted then: a fair verdict for every event, and a plan built from it.

  • Experience13+ years in B2B marketing across ANZ, ASEAN, India, Greater China and Japan
  • PreviouslyAPAC Principal Program Lead, Event and Integrated Demand Generation at Red Hat; earlier Google Cloud (Apigee), Capillary Technologies, Avaamo.ai and Zoho

Three commitments to every team that uses Eventworth:

01
You talk to the founder

Every access request and every pilot is handled by me, not a sales team. Replies within one business day.

02
No verdict on weak data

If fewer than 60% of attendees match your CRM, you get a data fix list instead of a number you can't defend.

03
The method is on every report

Which comparison group was used and what was left out, so your CFO can check the work, not take our word for it.

Need the full workflow?

Teams that run many events can switch on the full audit: annual plan and calendar by region, a shared project board, invite setup and AI-written invites, event-day sync, CMO and CRO views, and a learnings library that feeds the next event's checklist.

Work email only. We reply within one business day.

Questions

Why hold accounts out of an event?

Without a comparison group, every deal from an account that attended gets credited to the event, including the ones that were going to buy anyway. A random holdout set before invites is the only clean way to see what the event added.

Won't holding out accounts cost us pipeline?

The holdout is small and chosen at random from the full target list, so no account is singled out. Held-out accounts can still register on their own; they are reported separately rather than hidden.

Do we have to change our event platform or marketing automation?

No. Invites still go out through your marketing automation and registrations stay in your event platform. Eventworth reads exports from them and never writes back to your CRM. Call lists and owners are shared with your team inside Eventworth.

Does it work for webinars and booths, not just dinners?

Yes. Each format gets its own verdict, and the year view compares formats by pipeline added per dollar, so booths, webinars, roundtables and summits are judged on the same basis.

What happens to attendee data?

Lead files are matched to your CRM and consent-checked before anything is routed. Leads without consent for sales follow-up are kept out of sequences and counted only for attendance.
